all,

here is the html for an email that i just received. it is an
(unsuccessful) attempt to get the recipient to click on an apparent
link. what kind of daemon is this href=cid thing?

if this is an attempt to do harm then why is this not illegal? if this
is someone's method for just getting off then i must ask "why?".
