This is what I have in my .procmailrc:

## Save a copy of all incoming mail before munging
##
:0 c
.Inboxes.debug/

You'll want to change the last line to make sense for your mailsetup. 
   My email goes into a Maildir structure I use the . separators and 
the / on the end.
