[TriLUG] Somewhat OT: Help Desk / Asset Management Packages

Hi all,

I have a client that is evaluating help desk / asset management packages, and would like
to get any feedback anyone may have following packages, their usefulness in a
Linux-friendly environment, and any first-hand information on any similarly capable open
source alternatives that are being used.

Track-It! (Intuit)
Heat (Frontrange)
Magic (BMC)
AuditWizard (Latom)
Altiris (Altiris)
