If I ever were to put together a personal FAQ list, the number one 
answer that I would post at the moment would be the answer to the 
question: "How do I dial Free World Dialup from Vonage?"

The answer is:
As long as you have international dialing enabled with your Vonage 
account, just dial: 011 0 393 FWD_Number

and,

To dial from Free World Dialup to Vonage: dial **243 1 Area_Code 
Vonage_Number.
