[TriLUG] suggestions: tutorial for new unix users

Howdy All-

We often have to train and retrain users in our lab how to use simple 
basic unix commands, and how to get around using the shell prompt.  Can 
anyone recommend a book, pdf or website tutorial that I can start 
referring them to rather than going through the norm: disbelief, anger, 
acceptance, then waste 2 hours showing them things as they come up as 
we go through what they need to do.  I'm sure there are plenty out 
there if I 'google' Google, but perhaps someone who found themselves in 
a similar situation might have found a good and thorough tutorial.
