[JR>] bah.  Get the city to sponsor it.  I got permission to have a mini keg
and rock band on the deck one time.  Our band got paid a token $1 and had
the city insurance policy cover it since it was a city event.  It is all who
you know.  Otherwise, gotta pay to play.
