[TriLUG] cvs CVSROOT/modules

Has anyone here explicitly set up a modules listing in the CVSROOT/modules 
file?  My google-fu is failing me.  I've identified that the file exists 
and that one can configure cvs using it to make the various cvs modules 
searchable, but examples seem to be absent.

Any help would be appreciated, of course, but sample module listings would 
be particularly useful.
