Thanks for the reply Dave/Jeremy (i apolgize but I am not quite sure how 
to respond to your replies just yet). It sounds like I can at least go 
ahead with the install. phpwebsite wants to be put in /var/www/html 
which is where gallery is...I was afraid that if I didn't put phpws 
there it would not work and if I did I would break gallery.  It's a 
brave new world...at least for me.
