well the exploit segfaults on my box, so I dunno... =D

but if you want a quick fix thats not really a fix but it is for now,
set the permissions on /dev/shm to root:root, 0600.  Thats far from
foolproof, or even good, but its sure to stop a few scriptkiddies.
