Well I was making mine smaller, so it was a bit different. I used
resizereiserfs to make it smaller, then I used fdisk to resize the
partition. I screwed up on the size of the partition (the partition,
not the filesystem, I made it too small), so I just went and fdisk'ed
again and got the right size.

| Not quite. I did this about a month ago (it was reiserfs, but it still
| applys), by resizing the actual filesystem with resizereiserfs or
| reiserfsresize (dont quite remember =]), and then deleting and
| recreating the partition with fdisk. Worked fine.
