[TriLUG] PHP scrolling testimonial and survey code

I'm interested in adding a scrolling testimonial to my web site so I can
create one template that steps and repeats most code throughout all pages.
I noticed a lot of code available. Does anyone have experience with a
particular source that has well commented code so a decidedly non programmer
such as myself can digest and implement a scrolling testimonial?

Also, I have a couple of meetings that require a head count. Does anyone
have a recommendation on survey code that would allow web site visitors to
click on a "yes, I will attend" button, tabulate the number of reservations
by a certain recurring date and email the results to the host?

Now, here's the magic question: does anyone have an extra moment to
implement such a piece of code for me? If so, please give me an estimate
offline. I've turned into salesperson from he!! and don't have time to do
the fun code thingies these days.

Here is the web site:

I was able to go in and modify the PHP and PERL for my contact response form
yet really had rather get more sales and pay someone to make aforementioned
embellishments.

You'll stay safe with today's upcoming Winter weather!

Sincerely,

Jim
