[TriLUG] thinking about RR Biz again.

One word of warning, I called and they told me it was going to cost 
$110.00 a month... by the time I got it installed and all the fees were 
applied, it came out more like $120.00 a month and they require you to 
sign a one year contract. I recently needed to cancel my biz class as I 
couldn't really afford that price any longer nor did I really need it, and 
they are now telling me I will be required to pay the balance of the 
contract even after I returned the modem and cancelled my service. So, I'm 
out roughly $700 for something I'm not even using...

When I was in Wilmington, they allowed me to terminate my contract before 
the year was up with no penalty... I'm pretty ticked off currently... I've 
made several attempts to contact my biz rep from TW with no response.

I would suggest looking into some alternative provider before going with 
the local TWC biz service.
