I don't understand - you signed a one year contract but you're upset
because you can't just back out of the contract without a penalty?
Did you read the contract before signing?  Of course you have to pay
off the balance - that's the point of the service contract.  Sorry
if you find this rude...but I see you reason for you to be upset at
TWC/RR.
