[TriLUG] anyone using yellowdog linux?

One issue with my old iMac at least, and probably a few generations of  
them, was that the hardware that access the RAM cannot address more  
than, uh, what's 16 megs per physical chip on the RAM. For example, I  
had a 256 MB SODIMM with 4 chips per side. It would only address 128. I  
swapped it for one with 8 chips per side, and it sees the whole 256.

Go figure.
