For the amount you're thinking about spending, I'd suggest looking on eBay for ones with built in ethernet. Suggestions include the WTI NPS-115 and APC MasterSwitch. Depending on your cluster software, it can use a power switch to automagically kick a node when it goes down and so one with ethernet is preferred.
