okay, i can dig that... not a bad little scheme for a workaround...
but here's the problem:

i don't have my member number.  now, before eight of you say "but
there's a place where you can get it sent to you on the member
services page!!", i know that... but that form doesn't work.  or at
least isn't working for me today.  no, i'm going back to "doesn't
work"... i tried several browsers, and it just sits there and hangs. 
doesn't do anything, really.

suck.

so, without my member number (without which i can't get into the
account request page to re-request the account), what's my next step.
