Looking at that and the member request form, it appears both
are down.  Since I'm one of 3 people that probably know the
most about them (the other two being Jeremy and Aaron), I'll
take a look at them tonight.  Most likely it's another problem
with the fact that the website and databases aren't fully moved
over to the new server (which is what I'm currently working on).
