mm, that's not what Joel just told me..  Subscribed mail isn't moderated,
but unsubscribed mail does come before human eyes and is accepted/rejected
by a human's decision.  Or so it would appear.

TriLUG's mailman setup discards e-mails from unsubscribed accounts.
We simply don't have the resources to manage the list otherwise.
There are no moderators.
