[TriLUG] [OT] looking for: free XP ssh software w/proxy support and sftp

Well, yeah, I use putty for ssh logins but I need to transfer files
between two sites, not just log in. Any useful way of sending a file
across the Interent is filtered in one way or another so I was hoping
to use SFTP, but I can't find a XP client that support proxies for
file transfers.
