Our company uses a free voice conference system called "Free Conference".
It's a traditional phone-based conference system, not a computer-based
system.  Old school.

Conference calls are free if you use a non-8xx number.  Since many people
have free long distance with their cell phones, VOIP or with a bundled
landline service plan, the conference calls can be pretty cheap/free.
