[TriLUG] conference call solution -- asterisk?

What do I need to set up conference calls?  Most employees work at home, 
and have
broadband.

I would like to replace the AT&T conference call with something cheaper.

Any solutions for a shared 'whiteboard'?  anybody tried vnc shared 
between 8 people?
There is a -viewonly option.
