[TriLUG] destroying disk drives

My father-in-law's company used to destroy hard drives for Duke (both
University and Medical sides). We'd run certain software on it that
would erase the hard  drives and then he'd take a sledge hammer and
break them up in pieces. I think Duke would send them off to be melted
down after that - not sure about that part. He was HIPPA certified,
etc. I can ask if he'd be interested in doing the job.
