[TriLUG] dead.letter file help

I see this in the work mailserver I set up, which is Sendmail, and just
takes email from the outside and relays it to our Exchange server (after
doing clamav, etc.)
>From time to time, our network would get hosed. When my Sendmail box
can't resolve the Exchange server's (MAIL_HUB) address via DNS, then it
will dead.letter the mail. I got our IT guy to swear the Exchange
server's address would remain fixed, then put it in the hosts file, to
fix that.
