Job Profile:

Provides pre-sale and/or post-sale support of company
products/systems. Provides technical support in sales presentations,
product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company
products to ensure that the system is functioning according to
specifications. Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning
software and applications and provides software consultation to
prospective users. May build a mini-demonstration, based on customer
requirements, to demonstrate feasibility of NetDirector. Works on
problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data
requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises good judgment
within defined procedures and practices to determine reasonable and
appropriate action(s). Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience
and a strong technical knowledge of Linux, Unix  products. Preference
of working knowledge of one or more Linux programming languages, and
effective communications skills. previous presales experience is
preferred. Self motivated and can be self directed as necessary.
Willing to travel with overnight within North America with possible
international travel.
