It connects to a tftp server to grab the kernel, and the installer.  It
is definitely using rsh to install the rest, as the logs show logins
from that box..

Thanks for the link, though.. changing /bin/sh to /bin/pdksh has made
the error message different, at least ;].  Appears to be using rsh, not
rcp.  Anyway, the error message now is 'ERROR: Failed reading remote
directory : (no command)'

TFM implies that means it couldn't find 'ls' =/
