RT Tracker is a great trouble ticket application - though a lot of the
Open Office type applications now come with a "Bug Track" or trouble
ticket app. While the Open Office type apps are much easier to install
the support tracking is no where near as nice as RT.

Formating reports to send out to clients is simply a matter of playing
around with scripting for a few days. I use secure websites for each
client and then have python scripts and bash scripts that generate
reports/billing for them to view.

Good luck - Jon Carnes
