[TriLUG] PHP tooling recommendations anyone?

I've been using smarty for almost a year now and I'm very satified with both
the product and the documentation. Granted, I've never done anything with
patTemplate or fastTemplate so I can't make comparisons. FWIW, Gallery uses
smarty too. :)
