This year the Triangle Novell Users' Group is giving out a $5000 IT
scholarship and the group was wondering if TriLUG would help us get the
word out to your members so they could inform any high school seniors
they knew who were interested in pursuing a degree in an IT related
field of study.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Do you know any North Carolina high school seniors with at least a 3.5
GPA who plan to pursure a degree in an IT related field of study at an
accredited four year college or university here in North Carolina this
fall? If you do then please let them know about the Triangle Novell
Users' Group IT scholarship.

The Triangle Novell Users' Group is a non-profit organization dedicated
to providing a forum for the sharing of knowledge and experience with
Novell technologies. It is our hope to give back to the community
through the creation of a network of people communicating to protect and
enhance their investments in information technology.

Toward this goal, we are pleased to offer this merit-based scholarship,
in the amount of $5000, to a qualified student pursuing a degree program
in a IT related field.

There are two forms that need to be filled out, one is the student's
application and the other is a teacher recommendation form. Both forms
as well as a high school transcript must be postmarked by June 9, 2006.

For more details on the scholarship as well as links to download the
forms please vist http://www.trianglenug.org/scholarship.

Questions can be sent to scholarship at trianglenug.org.

Thank you.
