[TriLUG] Looking for recommendations on ECM

I'm looking for enterprise content management at an open source price.
 I need to be able to upload files, have version control, etc with a
web front end.

I am currently evaluating ezPublish and Alfresco.  Anyone have any
recommendations of system that you have used successfully?  Informed
suggestions welcome.
