[TriLUG] HTTP proxy server recommendations

Gang:

I need a way to proxy all HTTP requests through a remote server on a
user defined port. Does anyone have recommendations for an open source
HTTP proxy? I don't need caching or anything fancy. I would prefer:

1) One with username/password authentication
2) Lightweight
3) Easy to install/configure
4) On Debian (grin)
