[TriLUG] Working with PDFs on Linux

Long ago when I used Micro$oft Windows I would use Adobe's Acrobat
product to annotate PDF files. I found the ability to add comments and
other markup to the document useful.

Does anyone know of any good tools on Linux that replicate any of that
functionality. I'm tired of having to resort to printing out the PDF
on paper to "mark-up" the document with my notes. Then tracking it
after the fact is even more annoying. I'm willing to purchase the
software; it just has to work on Linux.
