[TriLUG] Setting Up RAID-5

[Jim Ray]

Hard disk access speed is in the millisecond range.  Processor instruction
cycle is in the microsecond range.  Adding that 4th live HD to an existing
hardware RAID5 system increases overall system speed once the system reaches
a steady state independent of file system.
