[TriLUG] The Direction of TriLUG

I'd like to do something video and relatively open.  It gives TriLUG 
good exposure and allows us to attract big ticket speakers for instance.

We have people who might be willing to donate some bandwidth and stuff. 
  Could possibly put it up on YouTube..  Its just a matter of organizing 
to do it and asking the speaker permission.
