[TriLUG] ubuntu 7.04 desktop - caps lock key not working

I also tampered with some configuration replies, but I don't remember
finding or changing anything that should have corrected it, so I will
still assume it was the updates. I may have to reload it again to make
sure exactly what fixed it. I like the caps lock key.
