[TriLUG] [OT]Machine room environmental controls

I am looking for suggestions on replacing my current troublesome Liebert
Deluxe System 3.  We inherited the system with the building, which was
one of the selling points for this office...we didn't have to build a
machine room, it was already there.  

 

 Every time this year the vent fan motor on the ceiling goes out causing
a high head pressure error, which leads to a high temperature warning as
the temp in the machine room climbs into the 90's.  The fan motor and
the controller have been replaced twice.  I cannot get another system of
this magnitude since it is extremely huge and tooooo expensive.  I was
looking at some portable industrial level spot coolers, maybe something
that was water cooled or didn't have to vent to the outside since there
is no window and no direct access to the roof.  

 

The machine room itself is 40x14, but I only need to cool a space for
three racks or 14 servers.  So does any one have any suggestions on low
cost cooling units given the following...

 

-          14X40 room

-          No access to window or roof

-          Drop ceiling

-          3 full racks of servers and storage
