I like your summary of their SLA ...hahaha. That's priceless.

On a lighter note, I found out this weekend they changed their pricing
(probably a long time ago). I had the 8mb service, which was $74.00
(est), and its now $39.99 (if you have other TW services) + $9.99 for
"Premium". So, check your cable bills gents!!

I got a HUGE credit back for their "billing error"

I agree that a little competition would be a good thing.

At least they're not Pure Evil like Comcast with their limited unlimited
service.  This is just Mostly Evil.

I used to have DSL, but they could barely deliver 1Mbps down and 200Kbps
up.
