Setup an imap server and run fetchmail to collect mail from your various
accounts there. Then have all clients connect to the imap server. Also,
in the clients, set them up to store sent messages on the imap server
instead of on the local box.

Of course, that may be more work than you want to put into this and the
imap box will need to always be on.
