[TriLUG] Fwd: mail relay through trilug.org?

If we are trying to all precise and all we might need to quote much more of
the RFC's.  I'm sure SOME part of the SMTP protocol spec makes a distinction
between mail clients and mail servers.

It needs more goat soul.
