I think its not only reasonable, I think it's the responsibility of the
organization to communicate the expectations of behavior to its members.
But I'm an anal retentive, so take it for what it is worth.

I always thought the group policed itself rather well. Sure, we've had some
disagreements over the years but formally adopting a CoC seems a bit beyond
the pale. But that's just my opinion.
