[TriLUG] Time to Fork TriLUG?

As a lurker for many years I for one would embrace a return to simpler days where informal communication (read humor, et al) wasn't generally condemned as off-topic and my inbox wasn't cluttered with tons of policy discussion. I also find the concept of a group of friends substantially more attractive than a dry, humorless "professional organization", especially one mired under the weight of it's own bureaucracy. YMMV
