Matt, Cristobal, and all --

I have read the code of conduct and offer this possible change.

1. Initial warning in writing/email.
2. Reminder warning in writing/email.
3. Public warning in writing/email to violator and the TriLUG discussion
list.
4. reminder public warning.
4. Removal from the discussion/irc list(s). After a vote by a committee
delegated by the steering committee..I would also suggest that the
committee assigned by the s/c be made up of some of the more frequent
users of the irc/discussion lists.
