[TriLUG] [EMACS] clear screen in shell buffer

Cool!  I don't C-0 C-l doesn't work right in FreeBSD as configured, but C-u
0 C-l works, and both C-{0 (u 0)} C-l work in Ubuntu Feisty Fawn.  This does
exactly what I wanted to do.
