[TriLUG] time warner business class

My big question is whether the random latency issue exists on their
business class? I've tracert'ed it to one of three levels of routers
in their network from my home TW connection in Cary. Randomly taking
several hundred of ms to route a packet is just plain frustrating. I
guess it's ethernet but regardless they have under-provisioned their
network (at least for the residential service).
