Just tracert to some outside domain. At least that was my simple test.
At times when I was browsing the web with no problem then each hop was
sub 100ms. At times when my web "seemed" slow then I'd run it and get
300ms and even 600ms delays at hops apparently being some routers in
their network. I'd be very interested to see a tracert just to compare
router names at least. I'll post one tonight.
