Awesome, thanks. It's going to take a while to go through all of the CMSes suggested and find one or two for testing, but I'll reply with the one chosen and how well it worked for anyone interested.

I think that's a PHP-only CMS comparison site.

Not that that's a bad thing. Unless being limited to the low end of CMS
 
is bad. It's just that the question was about .Net CMS.

The most popular CMS in that space is Dot Net Nuke:
