Depends on your comfort level for liability. (grin)
I'm known for spouting off at the mouth a lot, but when I want to be
critical of someone or some company in a public forum, I try to stick
solely to the facts. An example:
"I bought a widget from xyz company. They advertised it as an a-class
widget, but it turned out to be a b-class widget. When I tried to get
them to return my money, I was told that they would not, hence I will
not be doing business with them anymore."
That statement implies fraud, without actually using the word. IANAL,
but by simply stating the facts and letting others come to their own
conclusion should not expose you to a libel suit. Just make sure you
can back up the facts you use.
