[TriLUG] Flash Drive Size Limit?

If it is a "U3" device, there is now a U3 uninstaller:
http://www.u3.com/uninstall/
Formatting mine did not get rid of the U3 tools. I had to run the U3 tool,
then format
and salvage the used space.
