[TriLUG] Resetting VPN Password in Ubuntu / Missing gnome-keyring-manager

Apparently the gnome-keyring-manager is missing in the latest Ubuntu ...
which is causing me problems trying to force my VPN to forget my old
password so I can enter the new one.

1) Does anyone know how to manually do this? (I'm using nm-applet-0.6.6
also).

2) Google search shows that apparently, I'm not the only one having this
issue yet others in response seem to indicate that they're not having any
issues with the package being installed. I suspect it may be an issue of
apt/sources.list not being configured properly. As such, mine is:

----
myhost:/etc/apt$ cat sources.list | grep -v ^# | grep -v ^$
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy main restricted
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates main restricted
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy universe
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates universe
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy multiverse
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates multiverse
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-backports main restricted
universe multiverse
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu hardy partner
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hardy-security main restricted
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hardy-security universe
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hardy-security multiverse
----

As is usually the case with Google-fu searches for me - they show other
individuals having the same issue but no responses that actually resolve the
issue. :-(

Thanks,
