[TriLUG] Avi to flash?

Greetings,

Does anyone have experience with converting avi files to flash?  Ideally, I'd like to integrate something into my (menalto) gallery on RH, similar to what youtube has.  I've found some youtube-like products, but I'm not interested in a whole new suite.  If the former doesn't exist, the ability to convert from avi to flash and upload to a std apache website would suffice.  
 
Thoughts / Suggestions?
