[TriLUG] mythtv and time warner cable

I'm using myth with TWC in Raleigh and I use us-cable and QAM-256. My
pchdtv-5500 uses the DVB drivers without a hitch, but that's only for
the digital channels. For the analog ones, you have to used V4L.
